India is home to roughly one-third of all poor people in the world. It also has a higher proportion of its population living on less than $2 per day than even sub-Saharan Africa.
A sharp contrast can be drawn even in this era of development between the riches and rags in our country. When a class of people enjoy good food, well built mansions, better education, and enough scope of recreation there is a class in our country who still don't even get 'bread' for two time in a day... what do you all feel, is it good? Can this condition be abolished? Can anybody imagine INDIA sharing the same 'bed of rose'... ?
I beheld a habitation where I noticed some homes with thatched roofs, having enough space for the rain water to percolate through to the floor of the huts... does it not strike one's heart and renders him/her pondering over the condition.
The worst part is that people say that what they can do for them, I say , 'who will do for them?" .. political administration or who... Let's see when we become a developed Country...
